to the database to determine when a backup is necessary.
It also monitors user activity to determine idle time. Backups
only occur when necessary AND when the system is idle.
In addition, Tagkeys creates a new backup file each month.
This provides an inherent, automatic archival feature in the
event you need to retrieve data that had been deleted in later
Tagsets. And backups are encrypted and compressed,
conserving space while keeping your data safe. TAGSET CUSTOMIZATION - Get rid of the RED! With the registered version of Tagkeys, ALL Tagsets are fully customizable. Make adds, edits, and even deletes from imported Tagsets. Use Tagkeys' exclusive Drag & Drop feature to consolidate your favorite Tags from the various imported Tagsets. TAGSET IMPORT / EXPORT - Tagsets let you share and distribute your data, or load and modify Tagsets produced by vendors, suppliers and others. The registered version of Tagkeys provides full Import / Export capabilities, including full edit capabilities of ANY imported Tagset. Although the unregistered version of Tagkeys will allow you to export Tagsets, you will not be able to import them. This includes your own exports. Only factory provided import files (TKE files) can be imported by Tagkeys. There are a number of factory provided “Tiki” files on Tagkeys’ website that are available for use with Tagkeys, and although they may be used freely, they can not be expanded or altered with the unregistered version of Tagkeys. |
